What's covered
Covered: defects in materials and workmanship — rotomolded body cracking under normal use, gasket failure, FIXLOCK™ buckle breakage, hinge or load-point failure, FIXIF™ Magnetic System defects.
Not covered: cosmetic wear, scratches and scuffs from normal use, damage from misuse, modification, commercial cargo abuse, or storage in extreme heat. Lost parts and consumables (rope handles) are not covered but can be ordered as replacement parts.
Resolution: at our option we repair, replace, or refund the affected product. Original purchaser, proof of purchase required.
